 Congregational Singing: Begins on Sunday, 10th Sept. at the 11 a.m. Mass.  You will receive a hymn sheet from the Choir who will let you know what hymns will be sung. Please join in.
Lough Derg: A bus will travel to Lough Derg on Saturday, 16th Sept. from Carra Church at 7.15 a.m. for the one day Retreat. Cost €50, which includes bus, boat, refreshments, lunch and use of the Island facilities. Contact Fr.  Michael. 043 6686270. www.loughderg.org  See Church Notice Board.

Knock:  Grandparents National Annual Pilgrimage on September 10th 2017 in  Knock Shrine 2.30p.m. Everybody welcome to honour & thank Grandparents alive & dead for all they have done for us down through the ages. Chief Celebrant Archbishop Eamon Martin – Ballina School Choir – Dana sings ‘Our Lady of Knock’.

Pattern Sunday: St. Ciarán Mass and Pattern takes place on Sunday, 10th September in Clonmacnois, at 3.00pm.  The diocesan’s one year preparation for the World Meeting of Families will be launched during this Mass.  . Fr. Pat Murphy and Sharon Connon will speak at this Mass on this important preparation programme.  A WMF candle will be presented to a representative of each parish.  Bishop Francis Duffy invites you to this Pattern

Dance Classes: Temporary dance classes will continue for the month of September on Tuesday, 12th, 19th & 26th from 8.30pm to 10pm. Tutor will be Niall Doorley who was the judge on the RTE production of Stensons & Stilettos. Come along and enjoy.
